This fees policy is put in place to allow us to offer a good quality, consistent level of care and to help us ensure that we are able to comply with our obligation to uphold the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

Ad Hoc Bookings from April 2026
Before School from 7.15am to 8.45am - £10.95
After School 3.15pm to 5.00pm - £13.50
After School 5.00pm to 6.00pm £6.50

Terms and Conditions

Once a booking pattern at the club has been accepted it will be available to you until you give us four weeks notice in writing to terminate the agreement or alter your booking.  We will endeavour to accommodate any changes as soon as possible. Sessions that form part of the booking pattern can not be transferred or cancelled.
Ad Hoc sessions can be booked subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.  Ad Hoc sessions are more expensive, once they are booked they will be invoiced even if the child does not attend.

In the event of any absences due to sickness, holidays during term time or residential visits, fees are still charged in line with your normal booking pattern.  
 Fees are only charged during term time, there is no retainer to pay during the school holidays.
​If school or Play Safe is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances such as a weather event or a power cut etc fees will still be applicable.

Holiday Club​
Full Day 7.15am to 6pm £39.50
School Day 9am to 3pm £29.50
Once Holiday club days are booked they are payable even if children don't attend 

There is a 10% discount for 2 or more siblings attending the club and fees include the provision of a light breakfast and a healthy snack after school.
Fees are reviewed on the 1st April each year
